DRI HistoryIn 1947, the University of Denver Research Institute began operation as a nonacademic institute of the University of Denver, designed from the start to bring world-class research capabilities to the University, in an effort to more effectively capitalize on the resources found within its higher education setting. Since that time, DRI has been involved with large scale applied research efforts involving numerous sectors within government, private industry, and educational institutions. DRI's capabilities, experience, and personnel have allowed it to participate in landmark research projects for nearly 60 years. |
